We provide free admission assistance to our partner universities. Optional services such as document preparation or visa support may involve additional fees, which will be clearly communicated before purchase.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and services. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services and Information
UnisApply Consultancy provides university admission support and related consultancy services, including application guidance, document preparation assistance, and visa consultation.
We actively support applicants throughout the admission and visa preparation process and make reasonable efforts to facilitate successful outcomes. However, all final decisions regarding admission, scholarships, visas, or residence permits are made solely by universities, immigration authorities, or other competent institutions. We are not a decision-making authority and cannot guarantee specific results.
Our services do not constitute legal representation or formal legal advice. Applicants are encouraged to seek independent legal or financial advice where appropriate.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, applicants are responsible for independently verifying program details, admission requirements, tuition fees, deadlines, and institutional policies directly on the official website of the relevant university or authority. We are not responsible for changes made by third parties after information has been provided.
Our responsibility is limited strictly to the services explicitly agreed upon with the applicant.
2. Applicant Responsibilities and Data Consent
Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal, academic, and supporting information at all times. The submission of forged, altered, misleading, or fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited.
The authenticity and accuracy of all submitted information remain solely the responsibility of the applicant. Any consequences resulting from false, incomplete, or misleading information including admission withdrawal, visa refusal, financial loss, reputational damage, or legal action shall be borne entirely by the applicant. UnisApply Consultancy shall not be held liable for such consequences.
By using our services, applicants expressly consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of their personal and academic information with partner universities, educational institutions, immigration authorities, payment providers, and other relevant third parties as necessary for application processing and related services.
The processing of personal data is further governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Applicants are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
3. Fees, Liability, and Third Parties
Fees for paid services are communicated in advance and must be paid in full before services commence. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once services have started.
We are not responsible for the services, policies, actions, or decisions of third-party institutions, universities, immigration authorities, or other service providers involved in the application process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnisApply Consultancy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the applicant for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to governmental actions, regulatory changes, policy updates, strikes, technical failures, or force majeure events.
Only written agreements or confirmations issued officially by UnisApply Consultancy shall create binding obligations. Informal communications shall not create additional responsibilities or guarantees.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform in cases of violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
4. Intellectual Property and Governing Law
All website content, including text, branding, design elements, graphics, and software, remains the property of UnisApply Consultancy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or copied without prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, design elements, graphics, logos, and software is the intellectual property of UnisApply Consultancy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or copied without prior written permission. Users may use the website content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to our services.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts at our discretion if we detect violations of these Terms, misuse of our platform, or engagement in fraudulent activities. If an account is terminated, the user will no longer have access to the platform, and any pending applications may be halted.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure accurate information and timely services, we do not guarantee admission to any university, nor do we ensure visa approval. Decisions made by universities, consulates, or government agencies are beyond our control. We shall not be held liable for any losses, delays, rejections, or other consequences arising from the use of our services.
