We provide free admission assistance to our partner universities. Optional services such as document preparation or visa support may involve additional fees, which will be clearly communicated before purchase.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and services. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
We offer free university admission support to applicants who apply through our platform to our officially partnered universities. Our goal is to assist with the application process by facilitating document collection and submission. In addition, we offer paid services for documentation assistance (e.g., CV writing, motivation letters) and visa consultation. All paid services are optional and clearly indicated.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful personal and academic information. This includes, but is not limited to, names, contact details, academic history, and supporting documents. Users must not submit documents that are forged, altered, misleading, or otherwise fraudulent. You are also responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.
3. Accuracy of Information and Consequences of Misrepresentation
The responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of submitted documents and information lies entirely with the user. If any document or detail is found to be falsified or misleading, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account and to report the incident to relevant authorities or institutions. We are not liable for any adverse consequences resulting from the user’s actions, including but not limited to university admission withdrawal, visa rejection, financial penalties, or legal action. Any damage or loss caused to third parties due to falsified submissions is solely the user’s responsibility.
4. Payments and Refunds
All prices for paid services are displayed clearly before purchase. Users must make full payment in advance for any charged service. Unless otherwise specified, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the service has been initiated or completed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, design elements, graphics, logos, and software is the intellectual property of UnisApply Consultancy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or copied without prior written permission. Users may use the website content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to our services.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts at our discretion if we detect violations of these Terms, misuse of our platform, or engagement in fraudulent activities. If an account is terminated, the user will no longer have access to the platform, and any pending applications may be halted.

While we strive to ensure accurate information and timely services, we do not guarantee admission to any university, nor do we ensure visa approval. Decisions made by universities, consulates, or government agencies are beyond our control. We shall not be held liable for any losses, delays, rejections, or other consequences arising from the use of our services.
